Student Policies

Workforce Training Center LLC. strives to create a Safe, Enjoyable, and Respectful Educational experience for our students and staff. With this in mind, Workforce Training Center LLC. has adopted the following procedures:

• No weapons permitted inside the classroom(s) without written permission from Workforce Training Center LLC.. This includes pistols, shotguns, rifles, knives, pepper spray, or collapsible batons.

• Students will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during their course. Unacceptable behavior includes sexual harassment, obscene gestures/verbiage, bullying of staff or students, and/or violence of any kind towards students or staff.

• Students will not receive a Certificate of Completion if there is an outstanding balance on their account. All fees must be paid for prior to the issuance of certificates.

• Students will not receive a Certificate of Completion if they fail any examination a second time.

• Students removed from the course for violation of these policies will be ineligible to receive certificates of completion, refunds, and they will be ineligible to attend any future courses for one calendar year.

Students may file an appeal if they feel they were removed from class erroneously. A full investigation will be completed and the decision rendered by the President/CEO of Workforce Training Center LLC. is final and binding.
