ASP Basic Certification

This field-level certification program is designed to acquaint participants with operational use of the ASP Tactical Baton, Tactical Restraints and/or Performance Flashlights. The training includes basic portation (carrying) and presentation (drawing) techniques as well as defensive application procedures. Certification acknowledges that the individual officer met a competency-based standard of knowledge and performance.

Minimum Student Requirement:

In order for a successful educational environment, Workforce Training Center LLC. requires a minimum of six students. Should this minimum not be met, you will given the opportunity to attend the next class or receive a refund.

Safety:

Students will be required to complete a Release of Liability prior to the start of the class. Students who fail to complete this Release will be barred from attending and be eligible for a 75% refund. For a full list of Safety Rules, please click here.
